Red Brass (can be called rose brass or cast bronze) has a reddish colour due to high concentration of copper in its composition. In most cases, red brass contains 88% copper, 8-10% zinc and 2-4% tin. The difference between Red Brass and Yellow Brass can be determined by its copper content.
Red Brass is applied in many industries such as for construction and mechanical parts including valves, sprinklers, and pump components. It is also used for production musical instruments such as trombones.
